To enable us to have the correct staff to child ratios each term we need to know how many hours each child will be attending Hickling Preschool each term.
Please help us to do this by completing the hours form below for each child due to attend next term. To allow us to allocate funds correctly please also indicate the amount of government funded hours this includes in the appropriate box on the form.
